My trucks. The one i build and the one i totaled.
Been a long time since i've posted anything, figured i'd let you guys see some progress on my truck. Drove it to indy last friday for the 4wheel nationals jamboree, and took second in the burnout competition.
But before i even got to indy that day, i managed to do this to my s10. Coming home from work, looking at the flooded river. There was a dump truck stopped waiting to turn left, didn't see it till it was too late, and at the last second i swerved to avoid a head on. Caught the corner of the dump box with my a pillar. I walked away from this with only a few minor cuts on my hand from the glass.

I think "they" are the ones who bought ski boats, I'll never regret buying my fishing boat. I'll be happy when i sell it only because i'm getting a better one!

in indiana, i can get by that issue but just getting an 11k plate. There are no bumper requirements for a vehicle registered with 11000 pound tags.

It is plated and insured. The only issue is a cop can give me a ticket for bumper height if he/she is in a bad mood. Other than that I've had no problems on the street with it.

I cut roughly 200 pounds off the weight of the truck. The biggest difference is in the amount of unsprung weight that i gained. The suspension components are heavy, while the chassis itself weighs next to nothing.

Under the knife again
Tore the truck down about a week ago. Gonna make the front look like the rear. :B Also waiting on a set of 16" travel coilover shocks that i am going to install in the rear to replace the coil springs.

There is a waste of money. with two predetermined points and a stop watch you can check how fast someone is going. Have fun with it anyways.

You guys listen to music while riding!? Hell, all i could hear was the engine, and going riding i wouldn't be listening to anything differently than if i were just driving somewhere else.
